"David was a wonderful host and could not do enough for you. It was central to everything with two beaches both within walking distance. It looks down to the main square where you can sit and watch the world go by. The communication with David was amazing with him on the property within minutes if you have any problem. He brought up our luggage when we arrived as there was two sets of stairs and came in the evening to bring it down again. We would like to return here in the future. Thanks David 💐"

"This is a fabulous apartment in Agios Nikolaos. The location couldn’t be better! One beach is just a few minutes away, with sand, showers, and sunbeds. Other beaches are a bit farther - about a 7-minute walk. All the restaurants are nearby, within a 2–15 minute walk. The apartment is very spacious, with air conditioning and a fan in each room, which is perfect for sleeping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home if you don’t feel like eating out. The large balcony is also a great place to spend the evening and watch people strolling by. What’s especially nice is that when the balcony doors are closed, the apartment is quiet - ideal for a peaceful vacation. But the best part of staying here is the owner, who is warm, welcoming, and helpful day and night with whatever you need. Highly recommend this place!"

"Everything was just perfect!👌 Highly recommended if you want to feel like home on holiday, perfect spot in the middle of the center, dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer, clean bedlinnen and towels. Perfect with kids... And last but not least host David is very nice and always available if you need help. Very good experience!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The pictures reflect perfectly the house, which actually is even bigger than expected. The location is perfect, close to everything you need and a few steps away from the sea, restaurants, bars etc with a great view on a lively yet quiet square. The balcony was our favorite part, with all the comfort and privacy needed. The star of the show is David, who welcomed us more like a friend than a host. He helped us with everything needed. The house has everything and more, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc and it has been very easy to cook a meal. We can't wait to be back!"
